Shipping, Returns, & Gift Wrap

Orders are shipped via the following options: 
  • UPS Ground : 4-7 business days ground shipping. Orders shipped via this method are not insured, meaning they are not replaceable or refundable if lost or stolen in transit or after delivery.
  • USPS First Class Package : 3-10 business days ground shipping. Orders shipped via this method are not insured, meaning they are not replaceable or refundable if lost or stolen in transit or after delivery.
  • USPS Priority Mail : 2-3 business days shipping and insured up to $100. USPS Priority Mail is not expedited shipping and may take 1-3 days for your order to arrive once it has shipped from our store and received by the USPS.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express : Expedited shipping of 1-2 days and insured up to $100.

 We are unable to ship outside of the US at the moment. 

  • Please allow 1-3 days in processing time before your order is shipped. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 
  • If you would like expedited shipping, or would need your package by a certain date, please email Travis at or call the store at (318) 255-7327. We will be happy to do whatever we can within reason. 
  • Unfortunately, we are NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages if Standard Shipping rate was applied to your order. If Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express is chosen at checkout and your items are still in stock, we can replace or refund the items of your order and file a claim with USPS.
  • If your order is marked "Return To Sender" via USPS, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have your items sent a second time. Please check the address entered and make sure you have everything correct before completing the check out.
  • Once a package leaves our store, it is out of our hands and we have no control or influence over the delivery time. We cannot see expected delivery dates when shipping labels are created, as those dates are determined by the carrier once it has been received and scanned by the carrier.
  • During peak times like holidays, carriers will experience delays of 2-3 days in addition to their max delivery times.


If you are local and would like to pick your item(s) up curbside, choose the "Pick Up" option during checkout. You will receive an email or text when your order is complete and ready for pickup.

  • All Bella Notte Linens bedding is considered custom made, final sale, and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. 
  • No returns or exchanges 7 days after delivery/pickup date.
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, re-stocking fees, gift-wrap, and return shipping charges.
  • Returns on eligible items that are not defective will incur at least a 25% restocking fee or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.
  • Item must be returned in the original condition and packaging, and not used. 
  • If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please give us a call immediately at (318) 255-7327.
  • All sales final on sale items. No returns or exchanges.
  • Custom orders, once paid and accepted, cannot be canceled or edited.
  • All custom order sales are final. 
We are happy to offer our online customers the same beautiful, free gift wrap that we do in the shoppe! Just let us know that you want your item(s) wrapped (and for what occasion) in the "notes" section during checkout. 
Please understand, however, that we are unable to wrap and ship some items due to size, weight, and/or shape of the item. We will contact you if we're not able to wrap your item(s).
If you request your item(s) to be gift wrapped, please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing, especially during peak times like holidays. We will do our best to get your purchase out asap. Sale items are not eligible for gift wrap.
